Terms and Conditions of Purchase

This legal notice applies to all purchases made by you through the website under the domain names, www.zauk.co.uk and www.zaukonline.com (the “website”).

By offering to purchase products through the website you are entering into an agreement with ZAUK Logistics Ltd, (henceforth referred to as “ZAUK”) on the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions of sale are additional to and not a substitute for the general terms and conditions of use of the website outlined above in Website Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Purchase of products from the Site

Specifications on the website of the products to be supplied by ZAUK are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
ZAUK reserves the right to make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and to change the specification published on the website provided that this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the products.
ZAUK warrants that it has the right to supply all products offered by it on the website and that the products will substantially comply with their description. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, ZAUK makes no other warranties or promises about the products, and any implied warranties are excluded.

2. Availability, prices and information of products

ZAUK does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. The price of the products shall be the price listed on the website on the date of your order (inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you unless FREE SHIPPING is indicated). All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK pounds sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where discounts are offered as detailed on the website.

Boerewors (raw sausage) and meat products  will be dispatched frozen. When unpacked, these products should be refrigerated immediately. The boerewors (raw sausage) should not be consumed unless cooked, as it has not been cured.

3. Ordering

Age Restrictions - All persons ordering goods must be over 18 years of age.
When you click on the “Submit Order Button” on the “Confirm order” page ZAUK will treat the order as an offer by you to purchase the products subject to these terms and conditions of sale. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and if ZAUK accepts your offer they shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of products set out in your order. If ZAUK accepts your offer they shall confirm each order online via the internet or by email and such confirmation shall be the ZAUK acceptance of the contract between the parties.

4. Delivery

All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate during the order process and risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery even if the products have not been received by you in person. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and time shall not be of the essence. ZAUK shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products howsoever caused. ZAUK shall confirm each order in writing by sending you an email confirmation as well as a printout of the order along with your products.

All orders placed before 15h00 ( Monday – Thursday ) will usually be dispatched to you the NEXT day and the delivery will be with you the day after the day of despach. All orders placed (Thursday 15h00 - Sunday 24h00 ) will be despatched on the following Monday. On UK mainland only . You can request a Saturday A.M. delivery if order is placed by 16h00 on the Friday (extra charge apply).

We strive to have your order despatched within 24hours however could be up to 3 working days before dispatch. You will receive an email from us to confirm that the order has been placed, as well as a confirmation email when dispatched, including the expected delivery date.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that arrangements are made for their orders to be received at the address stipulated when the order was placed. The Independent carriers will attempt to deliver the goods twice, after which time arrangements must be made directly with them for a convenient delivery day at your expense.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Cooling off Period
The client (purchaser) has a 7 day cooling off period from the time of order confirmation.
If the client (purchaser) is not happy with the items recieved they (purchaser) will return ordered items in the condition they recieved them at the clients ( purchaser) own cost. This return to us is non refundable.
The return will have to take place within the 7 days from date ordered.

6. Limitation of liability

ZAUK's liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the products. ZAUK is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions of sale shall serve to exclude or limit ZAUK's liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by ZAUK's negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees.

7. Changes to the terms and conditions of sale

Our terms and conditions of sale may be changed. Please review them regularly. If you continue to use the website after a change has been made you are deemed to have accepted it.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES

Sale of tickets
Details on how to place your order for a ticket are on the website. We advise you to read these instructions before you proceed to place an order for a ticket. The sale of tickets is subject to availability. Your order for a ticket is an offer to purchase a ticket from ZAUK. We retain the discretion to refuse your order. If your order is accepted we will display a confirmation page on your screen at the end of the ordering process, and at this point there will be a contract between you and ZAUK. We will also send to you an e-mail confirmation of your completed order, for your information. We recommend that you print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records.

 
Ticket price

The ticket price shall be as displayed on the website during the ordering process, except in cases of obvious error. Please note that we are not under an obligation to provide the ticket(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Payment can be made by any method specified in the order process. ZAUK will deduct your payment from your card at the time it processes your credit/debit card transaction.

Issue of Tickets

Tickets purchased via this website will be sent to you on email. Purchase must be made in good time to allow delivery via email prior to the event.

 

Use of tickets

You represent and warrant that any tickets you purchase are for personal use only, and that they are not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity, unless we have expressly authorised otherwise in writing. You undertake that you will not (a) resell or offer for resale any tickets (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use tickets for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. If you resell or offer for resale any tickets, the tickets in question will be invalid.

 
Important information

It is your responsibility to check your tickets as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed.
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled (for whatever reason), we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the cancellation or rescheduling but we do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date / time of the event.

 

Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy

Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES or CANCELLATIONS on any order once it is submitted to us.

The only exceptions to this policy is event cancellation.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund for the total value of your order. You must return your tickets to ZAUK within seven (7) days of cancellation of the event in order to receive a refund.
If part of an event is cancelled, credits or refunds will not be issued.
We do not provide credits or refunds under the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, performer or lineup changes, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
